We are seeking a talented and experienced Frappe - ERPNext Developer with a strong background in Python to join our growing team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in the customization, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our ERPNext system.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and enhancements to the ERPNext platform using Python.

Customize and extend ERPNext modules to meet specific business needs.

Work closely with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing ongoing support and training as needed.

Ensure the integrity and security of the ERP system through effective coding practices and data management.

Stay informed about ERPNext updates and industry best practices to continuously improve system performance and functionality.

Document all development work, including coding standards, system architecture, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an ERPNext Developer with a strong emphasis on Python development.

In-depth knowledge of Frappe framework and ERPNext architecture.

Proficient in customizing ERPNext modules and creating custom applications.

Experience with integration of ERPNext with other systems and applications.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

ERPNext certification is a plus.

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with database management systems, especially MySQL.

Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
